Got my first whiskey road hat about a year and a half ago and it just fit really well… then i lost it in lake simcoe. Ended up going to the barrie location for a new hat and everyone there was extremely nice. Many options to choose from, I love how my custom hat fits. Overall we were in and out in about 20 minutes after getting a string and patch put on. Haven’t went a day without wearing it since. Favourite hat yet

The first item I bought from Whiskey Road was the Hometown Hat (Elmvale 🎉). It came on time and is amazing quality.
I just placed an order last Friday and I mistakenly forgot to look at delivery times. I emailed customer service and although it says 2-5 days to respond- they answered within minutes and shipped my order within hours.

I love the quality from whisky road. Their hats are so much better than any of the big brands out there. I love the huge array of selections for customizations but also the fact that they slapped on my own patch and truly made a one of a kind hat for me in store.
