Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom hats. 

Cancelations are subject to a 15% service fee within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours we do not accept cancelations. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your order. First off, we apologize for this inconvenience! We are humans and are bound to make a mistake here and there. Simply call, text or email Austin and we will make it right for you!
