We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom hats.
Cancelations are subject to a 15% service fee within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours we do not accept cancelations.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order.
If your order has been returned to sender due to incorrect address credentials, you have 30 days from the point of sale to claim your package.
If you would like to exchange a signature Whiskey Road product, this must be done within 30 days of the order being placed. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
